About

The Role

Keep our clients' books accurate and up to date so they always know where their business stands.

Responsibilities

Record transactions and categorize expenses
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts every month
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports
Process invoices and payments
Support the client's accountant at month-end and tax time

Requirements

2+ years of bookkeeping experience
Advanced English (C1 or higher)
Hands-on experience with Quick Books Online or Xero
Knowledge of basic US accounting principles
Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines

Nice To Have

Experience with US small businesses
Payroll experience (Gusto, ADP or similar)
Accounting degree or certification

English Level

Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken

Schedule

Full time, US business hours
