Premera Blue Cross seeks a Membership Specialist II to perform moderate to complex reconciliation analysis and audit activities for Individual or Group accounts receivable. You will resolve enrollment, reconciliation and billing issues while coaching internal and external customers on contractual guidelines.
Work hours are Pacific/Mountain/Central Time Zones, between 7am and 5pm PT. You will identify discrepancies, update records, and assist with member education on billing and membership
