Accounts Payable Specialist, remote in the U.S., full-time, reporting to our finance lead in Indianapolis. Supplier invoices, payment runs, vendor statements, 1099s. You'll also be one of the first people checking the invoice intake tool we use internally.
You will
- Enter and code supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders and contracts
- Run the weekly payment batch (ACH, check, card)
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Chase missing credits
- Collect W-9s and keep 1099 records ready for year end
- Compare what the intake tool read against the source document, and flag what it got wrong
You have
- One to two years in accounts payable
- Quick Books Online, Xero or Net Suite
- Excel or Google Sheets for reconciliations
