We're working with a growing national CPA firm that's big enough to offer the opportunities and compensation of the Big 4, but small enough that the Partners actually know your name.

They're looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their Commercial Real Estate team. You'll work with real estate investors, developers, property owners and investment partnerships, handling complex tax engagements and building genuine client relationships.

You'll have direct access to Partners, smaller teams and the chance to take ownership of your work. And there's a genuine route to Partner. Not the sort of progression that gets mentioned in your annual review and then mysteriously disappears for another 12 months.

The other good news? You don't have to sacrifice your personal life to have a successful career.

Salary is $175,000 to $195,000, depending on experience and location. You'll also get flexible remote working, generous PTO, health insurance, paid volunteering leave and enhanced parental leave.

You’ll ideally be a CPA with experience in real estate taxation within a Public Accounting firm.
