Payroll and Financial Records Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper with payroll and computerized accounting experience sought for permanent, full-time work at a physical location. Remote work is unavailable.

This Bookkeeper role requires three to less than five years of experience and secondary school graduation. You will calculate payroll cheques, maintain financial records, balance accounts, and prepare accounting reports. Accuracy, organization, reliability, and independent work are important in this position.

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Maintain financial records using bookkeeping systems
• Establish and balance various accounts accurately
• Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports

• Three to less than five years of experience
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Own transportation and authorization to work in Canada
