ŌURA is seeking a seasoned Senior SEC Reporting Accountant to join our Financial Reporting team. This remote US role partners with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Legal, Tax and external auditors. You will prepare primary financial statements, disclosures, and lead PBC management as we move toward public company readiness.
The ideal candidate has a CPA license, 4+ years in public accounting and SEC reporting, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and experience with Form 10-Q/10-K/8-K, Workiva, and ERP systems.
