• Foster client engagement and build lasting connections with small business owners, providing empathetic and expert guidance throughout their financial journey.
• Apply accounting expertise to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with long‑term client goals; craft and implement financial strategies that optimize clients’ success and minimize tax liabilities.
• Proactively communicate with a book of clients both digitally and in one‑on‑one meetings, delivering a personalized experience in each interaction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with bookkeepers, tax preparers, and payroll specialists to ensure clients’ financial management systems work seamlessly and display extreme ownership for client outcomes.

• A minimum of three years delivering accounting and/or tax preparation services for small businesses.
• EA and CPA credentials required.
• Proven ability to successfully communicate with clients (written and verbal) and discuss financial matters in ways that resonate with clients.
• Experience using accounting software (Quick Books, Xero, Fresh Books, etc.) and tax preparation software (Lacerte, CCH, etc.) to service multiple clients.
• Ability to complete small business accounting and tax preparation tasks such as IRS forms, account reconciliations, etc.
• Experience with S corporation, C corporation, and partnership returns.
• Well‑versed in bookkeeping and payroll knowledge.

• Eligibility:
  Benefits begin the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
