Manage high-volume invoices remotely as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, using Excel, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution skills. Travel approximately 20% to Hamilton.

You will maintain and process accounts payable transactions while handling vendor statements, pricing differences, payment inquiries, and related reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and process high-volume invoices accurately
Expedite key vendor payments to prevent service disruptions
Resolve discrepancies with internal teams and vendors
Reconcile vendor statements and prepare variance reports
Maintain documentation, confidentiality, and discrepancy logs
Requirements:
Business, finance, accounting degree or diploma, or three years’ accounts payable experience
Proficiency in Excel and numerical data presentation
Basic knowledge of accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls
Strong time management and prioritization skills
High integrity, accuracy, and work ethic
