In Tandem is hiring a Senior Accountant, AI & Automation to own and redesign critical close processes, build scalable finance workflows, and apply AI tools to reduce manual work. You will partner with FP&A, HR, Payroll, and Sales Ops while ensuring strong controls and auditability across multiple entities.
The role requires 3+ years in accounting, US GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with Oracle/Net Suite and Avalara. A Bachelor's in Accounting is required; CPA or Master’s is a plus.
