Accounts Receivable Specialist

Own invoicing, collections and credit control, and help our customers get paid faster with My Cloud Book  invoices, payment reminders and receipts.

• Issue customer invoices and credit notes, and apply receipts and customer credits.
• Monitor the ageing of receivables, send reminders and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes.
• Reconcile online payments from Stripe and bank transfers with the sales ledger.
• Advise customers on invoicing workflows, payment terms and dunning.

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or credit control experience.
• Knowledge of sales ledger accounting, VAT on sales and the basics of revenue recognition.
• Experience with other accounting platforms such as Quick Books, Xero, Odoo or Oracle Net Suite.
• Experience with the My Cloud Book  platform. A free trial account is enough to learn it before you apply.
• Clear and polite communication with customers by email and phone.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with subscription billing and online payment providers.
• Experience with the e-invoicing rules in Europe.
• Spanish or Arabic language skills.
