Part-Time Bookkeeper QuickBooks Online

Earth Ex seeks a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper skilled in Quick Books Online and payroll processing. Work primarily remotely with monthly in-person meetings required.

This position leads hands-on bookkeeping while supporting payroll, HR, and general office administration. Maintain financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare documentation. Experience with Quick Books Online, ADP, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems supports success.

• Maintain accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger records
• Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and outstanding account follow-up
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, investigating discrepancies
• Process employee payroll through ADP and maintain documentation
• Support month-end, year-end, reporting, and accountant documentation

• Essential hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping
• Quick Books Online experience highly preferred
• Payroll processing experience; ADP experience is an asset
• Accuracy, organization, independence, and confidentiality
