Manage high-volume invoices remotely as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, using Excel, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution skills. Travel approximately 20% to Hamilton.

Goodness Me! seeks an Accounts Payable Coordinator for its finance team. You will maintain and process accounts payable transactions while handling vendor statements, pricing differences, payment inquiries, and related reporting. The position requires careful numerical analysis, accounting systems knowledge, and effective prioritization. Most work is remote, with occasional travel to the Goodness Me! Upper Gage location in Hamilton.

• Enter, verify, and process high-volume invoices accurately
• Expedite key vendor payments to prevent service disruptions
• Resolve discrepancies with internal teams and vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare variance reports
• Maintain documentation, confidentiality, and discrepancy logs

• Business, finance, accounting degree or diploma, or three years’ accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in Excel and numerical data presentation
• Basic knowledge of accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• High integrity, accuracy, and work ethic
