Accounts Payable Specialist

Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from supplier bills to payment runs, and shape how My Cloud Book  handles bills, vendor credits and expense approvals.

• Process supplier bills, purchase orders and expense claims with the correct account coding and tax treatment.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve differences with the vendors.
• Prepare the weekly payment runs and keep the ageing of payables under control.
• Maintain the vendor master data and the approval workflow.
• Report gaps and improvement ideas for the bills and expenses features to the product team.

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Knowledge of purchase ledger accounting, VAT on purchases and expense policies.
• Experience with other accounting platforms such as Quick Books, Xero, Odoo or Oracle Net Suite.
• Experience with the My Cloud Book  platform. A free trial account is enough to learn it before you apply.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and respect for deadlines.

• Experience with three-way matching and purchase orders.
• Experience with multi-currency supplier payments.
• Spanish or Arabic language skills.
