- Manage the complete accounts receivable and invoicing cycle, ensuring all client invoices are prepared and issued accurately.
- Run recurring invoicing through Stripe, calculate variable client fees, and monitor incoming payments.
- Maintain bookkeeping in Quick Books Online, including reconciliations and accounts payable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Quick Books Online, Excel, and billing-to-cash cycles.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with excellent communication skills.
