Senior Condominium Property Accountant

Fully remote senior condominium accounting work centers on financial cleanup, general ledger reconciliations, and loan accounting. This one-year contract offers flexible weekly hours.
Our client, a condominium corporation, seeks an experienced Senior Condo Property Accountant or Fractional CFO. You will lead financial remediation, oversee property management accounting, and support accurate condominium financial operations. The work includes reviewing records, correcting discrepancies, and presenting updates to the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess financial records, ledgers, and accounting processes
Lead financial cleanup and reconciliation activities
Correct loan entries, arrears, balances, and owner allocations
Review monthly statements, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
Present financial and loan updates during virtual board meetings
Requirements:
Five or more years in condominium property accounting
Extensive general ledger reconciliation and statement preparation experience
Knowledge of budgets, reserve funds, assessments, arrears, and loans
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Strong communication and presentation skills
Apply senior condominium accounting expertise to financial remediation, loan oversight, reconciliations, and board reporting in a fully remote contract.
