Tax Preparer & Customer Operations; Fully Remote

• This full-time, fully remote role combines US tax preparation expertise with hands-on client and operational management.
• You will work directly alongside a CPA founder, serving as the primary tax preparer while helping manage the firm's day-to-day workflows.

Accountabilities:

• Prepare complex individual and business tax returns using Drake Tax or comparable software.
• Manage workflows in Tax Dome, coordinate onboarding, and maintain client records.
• Draft professional client communications and support monthly bookkeeping data collection.

Requirements:

• At least 3 US tax seasons of experience preparing Form 1040 at a US accounting or CPA firm.
• Hands-on experience with Drake Tax, Tax Dome, and native-level written English.
• Full-time availability with schedule overlap from 9 AM to 3 PM US Eastern Time.
• Monthly salary of USD $2,800–$3,800 and performance reviews.
• 100% remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
