The company is seeking a full‑time, remote Audit Manager to lead assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of real estate clients. • Manage complex audit and assurance engagements for real estate clients, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with professional standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory matters related to the real estate industry.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development initiatives focused on practice growth.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
• Review engagement work papers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions that address clients’ evolving needs.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm’s Real Estate Assurance Services practice.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• Progressive public accounting experience in assurance services, including managing complex audit engagements.
• Experience serving clients in the real estate sector; familiarity with affordable housing, LIHTC, historic tax credits, renewable energy, Opportunity Zones, or other specialized real estate sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Business development experience or a strong interest in supporting practice growth.

• This is a full‑time, remote position with occasional office visits
• Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed based on workload and client needs.
