Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general office support, event planning, and administrative support to Firm leaders. This is an in-office role (5 days/week) located in our Boston Office. The AA will report to the Sr. Administrative Manager, Administrative Resource Team (ART) and Boston Office leadership.

Office Support- Be the face of the Boston Office, offering a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.
- Manage office access, assign work spaces, and prepare office communications for visitors.
- Maintain the aesthetics of the office by organizing and resetting conference rooms and office spaces for a polished atmosphere, and coordinate cleaning schedules with building management.
- Order, stock, and maintain office supplies and refreshments.
- Coordinate office security and emergency protocols with building management.
- Process office invoices and expenses.
- Support personnel onboarding and separation processes.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot issues across platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance with vendors and Firm personnel.
- Provide general administrative support to Firm leaders:
- Expense processing and reconciliation
- Weekly timesheet submission
- Manage calendars
- Support administrative projects for Firm initiatives (e.g., annual Sustainability reporting).
- 3-4 years administrative or office services experience.
- College degree and/or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, organized, and detailed workstyle.
- Strong client-service mindset and a supportive “can-do” attitude, with flexibility to perform a variety of office tasks.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; adaptable to learning new technology and AI tools.

- Executive Assistant compensation - $75k-$95k:
It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
