Pro Tech Basement Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Part‑Time Drainage Division Scheduler to support our Customer Relations Manager and drainage team. This behind‑the‑scenes role is critical to our operational success, focusing on the timely and accurate scheduling of drainage jobs, entering new job data, and coordinating resources across our field crews.

Key Responsibilities:Schedule drainage jobs using Kick Serve and coordinate with crews to ensure timely project execution.
Input new jobs into the Kick Serve system based on incoming builder requests and customer data.
Communicate closely with the Customer Relations Manager to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and provide schedule updates or changes as needed.
Support administrative tasks including communication with clients and internal documentation.
Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in scheduling, logistics and administrative support roles.
Familiarity with Kick Serve or similar job scheduling software (preferred).
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education a plus.
Pay range of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Flexible part‑time hours – hybrid work possibility.
Weekly pay cycle.
