What We're Looking For- 3-5+ years of PA experience within a UHNWI environment or private family office.
- Fluency in English and Russian—spoken and written—is essential.
- Demonstrated independence and the ability to make decisions in fast‑paced, high‑stakes situations.
- Extensive experience in luxury travel, concierge services, and VIP support.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to plan proactively.
- A flexible, proactive, can‑do attitude, capable of managing shifting priorities and multiple tasks at once.
