Position Overview

As a Travel Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between clients, travel suppliers, and the operations team. You’ll manage itineraries, confirm bookings, and ensure every travel detail runs smoothly — all while delivering top-notch service. This is a great role for someone who loves planning, organization, and bringing order to the excitement of travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
  • Support Travel Consultants and Advisors with itinerary preparation and booking logistics.
  • Communicate with suppliers, tour operators, and clients to ensure timely confirmations.
  • Track payments, invoices, and travel documentation.
  • Update clients with travel details, schedules, and special instructions.
  • Manage last-minute changes or disruptions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings in the CRM system.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials or package updates when needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in travel coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
  • Proficiency with travel booking systems or Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools (a plus).
  • Passion for travel and a desire to help others have stress‑free experiences.
