Remote Dispatcher

We are a professional locksmith company based in Georgia, USA, dedicated to providing fast, reliable, and high-quality locksmith services to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Remote Dispatcher who is proactive, organized, and eager to be part of a professional and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers requesting locksmith services.
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently across Georgia.
• Provide accurate quotes, service explanations, and timely updates to customers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with both customers and technicians until job completion.
• Use Google Drive and Google Sheets to record and update data accurately.
• Manage attachments, images, and other documents for daily reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English, clear, confident, and professional communication.
• Fast and stable internet connection.
• Availability to work during Georgia, USA hours (night shift in the Philippines).
• Highly responsible, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in dispatching or service coordination is preferred (locksmith, towing, HVAC, or similar industries is a plus).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and file management.
