Kier Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its MOJ & Home Office Contract Administration team
. This role offers remote working flexibility with occasional travel to the Basingstoke office.

The Customer Service Advisor will manage work orders, liaise with engineers and subcontractors, and provide administrative support to Contract Managers. You’ll ensure SLA compliance, accurate data entry, and timely closure of tasks while contributing to performance improvements across the contract.
Key Responsibilities- Raise, allocate, schedule, and complete work orders via the CAFAM system
- Monitor inboxes, answer calls, capture service requests, and provide updates to customers and stakeholders
- Liaise with engineers and subcontractors for attendance dates, RAMS, paperwork, and progress updates
Review and correct work order details to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance - Provide administrative support to Contract Managers
- Contribute to performance improvements across the contract
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone manner
- IT confident, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Capable of managing a fast-paced administrative workload and meeting deadlines
- Must be able to pass CTC Clearance (essential for this role)
