Job OverviewThe Branch Office Administrator (BOA) provides essential administrative support to financial advisors and their teams, ensuring a seamless client experience. The BOA serves as the first point of contact for clients, both by phone and in person, and works closely with advisors to manage client accounts, schedule meetings, and support marketing initiatives. The role requires strong relationship building, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor; support scheduling, materials, correspondence, and marketing initiatives. - Technology:
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
