Position OverviewRecruit Go is looking for an Accounting Clerk who will provide essential administrative and operational support to accountants, auditors, and tax consultants. This role ensures smooth office operations, accurate document management, and timely coordination with clients and government authorities, enabling professional staff to focus on technical accounting and tax work.
Responsibilities- Day-to-day tasks include managing a high volume of files, emails, letters, and documents exchanged with third parties.
- Filing documents and emails from third parties into the relevant SharePoint folders (which may take 2–3 hours per day for a few days each week).
- Drafting letters using templates for various entities such as government agencies, banks, and utility companies.
- Once comfortable, may take on additional responsibilities, including communicating directly with relevant parties.
- At least one (1) year of Administrative or Clerical Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation- Salary: IDR 3,500,000 to IDR 8,500,000
