Position: Office Assistant, Anticipatory Opportunities - Contract - 18505
About the Opportunity

We are building a talent pipeline for upcoming Office Assistant contract roles anticipated to open with our clients. While there is no immediate vacancy at this time, we encourage enthusiastic and qualified candidates to express their interest now to be considered for future contract opportunities. This is a great chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to daily operations when positions become available.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings while occasionally taking meeting minutes
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Preparing documents and materials
  • Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, restocking supplies, and purchase orders
  • About You

    The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Post-secondary education in Office/Business Administration or a high school diploma with relevant experience in Administration
  • Fluent bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset
  • Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    This role would offer between $23.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending on experience. The position is primarily in-office, with some flexibility to work from home as needed or as work permits.
