Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant, based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Assistant will support daily operations, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and assist with both virtual and in-person tasks. Duties include providing administrative support, organizing resources, scheduling creative sessions, and ensuring the smooth execution of operations. Additional responsibilities will include offering logistical support for creative projects and collaborating with the TMCP™ team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and managing communications
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with creative industries, project coordination, or client support is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using technology for tasks such as virtual coordination, document management, and scheduling software
  • An interest in the fine arts or entertainment industry is highly desirable
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with social media management or basic design tools is a plus
