About the RoleThe client is looking for a Remote Office Administrator / Report Drafter to support their consultants by preparing accurate, well-structured reports from construction-related documentation.
This is a detail-focused role that involves working with templates, documents, and numbers on a daily basis. The work is structured and repetitive by nature, and accuracy is far more important than speed.
If you enjoy organized work, clear systems, and producing high-quality output, this role can be a great long-term fit.
What You’ll Be Doing- Draft reports based on construction payment applications, invoices, contracts, and supporting documents
- Enter and organize project data into standardized report templates
- Review documents carefully and flag missing or unclear information
- Double-check your work before submitting drafts
- Request additional documentation via email when needed
- Update Excel templates using basic formulas (multiplication and division only)
- Manage multiple reports per day using a work order or backlog system
- Adapt to non-standard projects where documentation may be less structured
- Keep digital files organized and easy to reference

Required Skills- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with large sets of documents
- Proficient in:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel (basic formulas only)
- Google Sheets
- Adobe / PDF tools
- Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Experience working with financial or payment-related documents
- Familiarity with construction documentation
- Curiosity or interest in learning new tools, including AI-assisted reporting
- Full-time, fully remote
- Local daytime working hours preferred
- Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time is helpful but flexibility is supported
