Virtual Assistant (Multi-Skilled) – Remote (Ghana Only)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, but applicants must be based in Ghana. The ideal candidate should be versatile, reliable, and able to support a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.

• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
• Handle email communication and respond to inquiries professionally
• Conduct online research and prepare reports or summaries
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file organization
• Support internal operations, including task coordination and workflow management
• Draft and review communications, letters, and presentations
• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
• Liaise with clients, partners, and team members as needed
• Assist with social media tasks and basic digital operations (optional but beneficial)
• Perform any other administrative or support tasks assigned

• Must be based in Ghana
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with computers, online tools, and productivity software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role is an advantage
