What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Screen and respond to emails and incoming communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Provide executive administrative support by preparing analyses and documentation for the executive leadership team
  • Organize meetings and compile agendas and minutes as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of executive and company information
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Over 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience in developing client‑ready presentations and materials
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
