Job SummaryThe Facilities Coordinator supports bank operations through coordination of facilities management, equipment and furniture maintenance, repair, acquisition, and physical security, in partnership with bank vendors. This role works closely with the CAO and stakeholders to ensure safe, secure, and efficient work environments across all bank locations.
Essential Job Functions Facilities Support- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements across bank facilities in collaboration with remote Office Managers and Business Unit Leaders.
- Liaise with contractors and third‑party vendors (e.g., property management, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and security services) to uphold high operational standards.
- Maintain oversight of facility‑related services and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage requests for repair, maintenance, and replacement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Evaluate and prioritize requests, propose solutions, and implement approved actions.
- Track and review maintenance contracts in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Serve as a backup for facility access requests, issuing and tracking fobs, keys, cards, and access codes.
- Maintain accurate records of authorized users and ensure alignment with security protocols.
- Support documentation and implementation of physical security measures in compliance with bank policies.
- Conduct due diligence for new facilities vendors in collaboration with Business Unit Managers.
- Maintain ongoing vendor reviews based on risk rating and criticality, in accordance with bank policy.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and perform additional tasks as assigned, including cross‑departmental support when needed.
- Work after hours or weekends on an as‑needed basis for project completion.
- Knowledge of business operational processes, facility/property management, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and security services.
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate’s degree, certification, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures and physical security preferred.

- Lifting and transporting heavy to moderately heavy objects such as computers and small furniture.
- Ability to converse and exchange information with customers and all staff within the organization.
- Ability to observe, perceive, and identify data.
- Ability to travel via air, rail, automobile, or bus for frequent traveling to different office and branch locations as required.

Personal financial responsibility is substantially related to preventing misuse or misappropriation. Background checks, including credit and consumer reports, are requested of all applicants.
