Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our workforce in the newly established Supplementary Staffing Team. The Supplementary Staffing Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the systems used by the team are well maintained and hold accurate information.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update the systems used by the Supplementary Staffing Team, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Two fixed‑term posts of 12 months starting at launch: one full‑time (20 hours per week) and one part‑time (17 hours per week). The role operates in a hybrid manner; the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home or the office, with in‑person presence required (no fully remote arrangement).
TrainingAll successful candidates will be provided with a robust training programme on day one to support them in gaining an understanding of NHS Scotland working practices and the processes followed by the Supplementary Staffing Team.
