- 7‑10+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting a C‑Suite leader in a dynamic environment; construction or adjacent industries preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional writing and editing; comfortable drafting executive‑quality materials and client‑facing correspondence
- Familiarity with construction terminology, project life cycles and site/branch dynamics an asset
- Fluency with travel platforms and expense tools
- Proven record handling sensitive information and privileged notes
- Mastery of prioritization, logistics, and time management; thrives amid shifting demands and short lead times
- High EQ, composure and service mindset; able to work across branches and field operations
- Understands principles of workflow design and knowledge management to create efficient, repeatable processes
- Proactive problem‑solving; identifies needs early, proposes solutions, and executes effectively
- Communicates complex ideas clearly through concise narratives and compelling visuals
- Strong judgment and strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, including executive notes, personnel matters and strategic initiatives
- Builds structured systems and repositories to support scalability and knowledge retention
