Executive Assistant – Bilingual (Mandarin & English) – Remote
Wing Assistant – India is redefining the future of work for companies worldwide. We are seeking a Mandarin Speaking Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help run operations efficiently. The role starts immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities- Compose email and text correspondence, prepare reports, and analyze documents.
- Attend virtual meetings and phone conferences, interpreting Mandarin and English between parties.
- Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding property issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and service companies to schedule repairs, follow up on work completion, and issue payments.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling business appointments, meetings, and calls.
- Research and make optimal decisions regarding suppliers, service companies, equipment, and supplies.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C‑level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree or any certificate course (required).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Solid organizational and time‑management skills.
- Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Experience with word‑processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
- USB headset with noise‑cancellation feature.
- Working webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4 GB RAM.
- Main internet connection with at least 25 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
