Job Summary

Our West Michigan Client has a contract opportunity for a Project Coordinator. This is a remote role for candidates in or near Michigan. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator with experience working in Service Now.

Education:

Bachelors

• Scheduling meetings, vendor coordination, documentation, updating project documents, communication and escalation of problems and risks.
• Creates schedules and updates project plans.
• Assists in information collection and validations.
• Helps prepare status reports and presentations.

• 2+ years Project Coordinator experience
• Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills Are Required.
• Must have experience coordinating technology projects
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
• Service Now experience is a plus.
