Managing Director of Human Resources | Emerging HR Leader of the Year 2024

Entrada Partners is a growing real estate investment firm that values integrity, accountability, and stewardship. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across human resources, office management, marketing, and real estate transactions. This role is central to keeping the firm running smoothly and supporting our continued growth.

This role is onsite Monday – Thursday in Addison, TX with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting and onboarding, including interview scheduling, job postings, and new hire setup (equipment, system access, office access, and swag)
  • Manage office operations, including phones, mail, keys, supplies, vendors, device tracking, and IT coordination
  • Coordinate internal events, team lunches, company meetings, and quarterly firm events
  • Support marketing and broker relations by posting Linked In updates, tracking broker information, coordinating broker events and gifts, and preparing marketing materials
  • Provide transaction and portfolio support, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, vendors, and tracking post-close obligations
  • Manage utilities and property administration, including utility transfers, invoice review, and third-party billing uploads
  • Assist with travel booking, presentation preparation, website updates, and executive expense reporting
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, office administration, or similar support roles
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience in real estate, professional services, or a growing company is a plus
