This is not a support role in the traditional sense.

It is a strategic executive partner position for someone who understands how time, influence, and access function at the executive level—and can deliver excellence without direct supervision.

You will function as an essential arm of the founder's private office, collaborating closely with the Chief of Staff. Your directive is straightforward yet exacting: ensure every external touchpoint with the founder—correspondence, meeting, interview, or public engagement—is purposeful, thoroughly prepared, and managed with sound judgment. This position demands autonomous decision-making, sharp instincts, and the ability to act decisively without ongoing direction.

The role is fully remote, but far from detached. You will be tightly integrated into the founder's daily operations, handling critical incoming requests, safeguarding focus, and ensuring that only the right interactions occur at the right moments. If your background includes supporting a high-profile CEO, hedge fund manager, or UHNW principal—and you understand which engagements create value and which do not—this role will be intuitive.

If you require physical proximity, continuous guidance, or frequent affirmation, it will not suit you.

This position exists to safeguard the founder's most critical resources: time and reputation. If you operate at that caliber with precision, confidentiality, and professionalism—particularly in a remote capacity—we want to speak with you.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Assume full ownership of the founder's inbox and calendar, making decisive triage decisions on substantial external inbound volume.
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to synchronize scheduling, strategic priorities, and meeting preparation.
  • Compose, refine, and ghostwrite executive communications that convey clarity, authority, and strategic intent.
  • Act as the principal liaison for high-level external stakeholders, including CEOs, investors, advisors, and media representatives.
  • Guarantee the founder enters every meeting, interview, and public appearance fully briefed, with comprehensive context and reliable follow-up.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Awaiting detailed instructions or continual approval for routine actions.
  • Functioning as a passive calendar coordinator without applying judgment or context.
  • Escalating every decision for higher-level review.
  • Viewing "remote" as permission for reduced accountability or lower standards.
  • Performing your duties without rigor, precision, or consistent follow-through.
