In this role, you will provide foundational support for project cost management activities. The role focuses on learning and applying standard processes for tracking costs, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with routine reporting tasks. Under close mentorship, you will ensure accurate data entry, support monthly project close activities, and participate in meetings to gain exposure to cost control practices.

What You Will Do:- Assist in tracking project costs at the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) level, including control budgets, incurred costs, commitments, and forecasts, under guidance.
- Support the preparation of basic cost information and reports for the project team, ensuring accuracy through established processes.
- Perform routine data entry and updates for cost metrics and forecasts following standard procedures.
- Assist with monthly project close activities and help compile project reports and cost summaries in Excel and Eco Sys under supervision.
- Help document project change requests in accordance with Project Management Office standards.
- Participate in meetings with Project Managers and team members to observe and learn about cost review and forecasting practices.
- Verify cost transactions for accuracy by following predefined checks and escalating discrepancies as needed.
- Post-secondary or related construction or operational training and/or experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 0 to 2 years of related experience in administrative or financial support roles.
- Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
- Problem solving, decision-making, organization, and planning skills.
- Showcase the ability to cultivate positive relationships and interact professionally with team members, internal collaborators, clients, and business partners across all organizational levels.
- Ability to optimally manage and prioritize workload in a fast paced and dynamic environment and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Summary:Salary: $ 54,600 - $75,000/year USD
