About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Operations Executive to handle end-to-end travel operations and ensure smooth coordination with travelers, vendors, and internal teams. This role is suitable for candidates with some experience as well as motivated freshers looking to start their career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage domestic and international travel operations.
- Coordinate with travelers for itinerary planning, booking preferences, and documentation.
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and travel insurance.
- Ensure timely delivery of itineraries, invoices, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Maintain accurate booking details, payment records, and operational trackers.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners for confirmations and issue resolution.
- Provide on-trip support when required.
- Work closely with sales and finance teams for booking updates, payments, and reporting.
- Maintain MIS, daily booking reports, and overall operations records.
- Collect post-travel feedback and resolve service-related queries.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Travel & Tourism or any relevant field (preferred).

- Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers with interest in travel operations are welcome).
- Understanding of travel portals and booking tools is an advantage, not mandatory for freshers.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
