Logistics Administrator
Location: This hybrid role requires 3 days on‑site at our Burnaby, BC Support Office or Delta, BC Distribution Centre and 2 days remote per week.

What You’ll DoThe Logistics Administrator will provide administrative support to the local logistics team, with potential for global assistance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Store unitary order processing: ensuring ad hoc and bulk orders move on time and in full, engaging with internal stakeholders, store partners and carriers.
- Invoice processing: verify, pay, and log invoices for all carriers.
- Updating schedules per weekly store rollout.
- Commercial invoice processing: collaborate with customs brokers and international carriers to clear imports.
- Track‑and‑trace: monitor national and international shipment movements, update trackers for performance data.
- Monitor daily shipment trackers and collaborate with fulfillment centre and stakeholders.
- Identify potential supply problems and work with local and global supply chain teams to resolve issues.
- Manage escalation and communication of custom/freight/3PL issues to the supply‑chain team.
- 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role; logistics experience desirable.
- Customer‑focused, highly organized, enjoys solving problems creatively.
- IT literate; intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (V‑Lookups, Pivot Tables).
- Strong prioritization, deadline management, ability to work under pressure independently and in teams.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication; ability to prepare high‑quality reports.
- Sound judgment, initiative, diplomacy, discretion, handling confidential information appropriately.
- Retail and administration experience within an optical environment.
- Import/export experience.
- Advanced written, verbal, interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- Competence with Microsoft suite, databases, electronic diaries, e‑mail and internet.
$60,000 – $70,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus, profit sharing, and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience.
