Job OverviewWe are looking for someone who is a relationship builder, problem solver, or critical thinker.
At Edward Jones, our field associates work in branch teams of two or three people. As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a critical member of the client support team, assisting the financial advisor and being the first point of contact for clients.
Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you'll provide administrative support, help clients achieve goals, and maintain a positive client experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients
- Support the annual business planning process
- Listen for opportunities for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as events
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records
- Schedule appointments and prepare materials for client meetings
- Support technology tools (Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Manage correspondence and support marketing initiatives
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Conversational skills
- Digital tool utilization
- Team collaboration
- Client service experience in inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions
- Ability to learn financial services industry and perform account management tasks (opening, transferring, documentation)
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to work independently under direction of advisor
