Thriving Technology firm with great London offices in Soho require a multitasking Team Assistant to support the executive support team with ad hoc office management duties. This role will provide extensive business support duties, meeting and greeting guests, maintaining kitchen supplies, diary and travel management, scheduling and prepping meeting rooms, booking company events and offsites, processing team expenses, invoicing and scanning and photocopying, maintaining health and safety policies and data management using SharePoint.
The ideal candidate will have 18 months corporate team assistant experience, with a proactive, highly organised, team focussed mind set and happy to work autonomously as well as adding value to the role needed.
The role is hybrid working with four days in the office and one day from home. 9-5pm Monday to Friday
