• Support the Program Operations team
• Communicate directly with customers, schools, and community partners
• Schedule upcoming seasons and events
• Manage the enrollment process
• Assist in preparing marketing materials
• Manage office equipment, distribution, and inventory

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in computer applications (Mac & Google products, Microsoft Office suite)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Passion for positively impacting children's lives

• Experience in early childhood education or sports management
• Previous experience in coaching or working with children
