What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Examine and process mail audit documents submitted by policyholders to accurately calculate earned premium
- Utilize appropriate premium audit rules and classifications to calculate exposures and premiums
- Communicate renewal endorsements as necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and insureds by addressing audit questions and facilitating disputes
- Provide administrative support to the Field Audit Team as outlined by departmental SOPs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of two years of experience in commercial lines underwriting support, accounting, or related fields
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of insurance terminology and classification codes
- Familiarity with underwriting and rating processes
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and good math aptitude
