Role DescriptionThis is a volunteer role for a Marketing Administrative Assistant. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting marketing and sales efforts, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication and organization within the team. This is a hybrid role located in near Klamath Falls, Oregon with the option for some work from home.
Qualifications- Willing to volunteer several hours per week over 6 months
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to take guidance and direction according to established procedures and policies
- Emergent or intermediate Sales and Marketing knowledge proficient in both social media and print media approaches
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, particularly in a youth organization or high school leadership role
- High school diploma or equivalent; a partially completed degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
