PurposeThe Executive Assistant is an important team member supporting the Compass team, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. The Executive Assistant shall be accountable for providing direct administrative support to the Full Circle Compass Leadership Executives in the execution of the organization’s strategic goals. The Executive Assistant works closely with the CEO, CNO, COO, and CMO, as well as team members from the Executive Leadership, Nursing, and Operations departments.
ScheduleMonday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. This role requires some flexibility for occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work in support of the VP's schedule. This role is based in Boise and is a mix of both on-site and remote work.

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No advanced degree required. Relevant work experience is the primary qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years administrative support experience.
- Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, preparing professional documents, and handling confidential matters.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
