In the role of Administrative Assistant 1, you will undertake a diverse array of responsibilities, with a primary focus on Facilities Management, the management of Surplus Property and Assets, addressing Building Access concerns, and providing support for Vehicle Management. Your duties will include meticulously tracking and overseeing all leases related to DCNR buildings and parking facilities, as well as coordinating the various elements involved in office space relocations and reconfigurations.
Additionally, you will be tasked with managing contracts with external vendors for services such as electrical work, painting, window treatments, furniture procurement, and labor. Furthermore, you will assist in the management of vehicles and equipment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently within the organization.

Work Schedule and Additional Information- Full‑time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60‑minute lunch.
- Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part‑time, up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high‑speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
