About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This is an associate-level opportunity that combines executive support, communications, and project coordination. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, supporting senior leaders, and making sure projects and initiatives run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Provide project management support across initiatives—tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with executives, managers, and teams across the organization.
  • Support planning and logistics for meetings, events, and cross-functional activities.
  • Perform research, prepare briefing materials, and consolidate information for executive decision-making.
  • Manage executive communications, including drafting, editing, and coordinating correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform data analysis of moderate complexity to inform business decisions.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform duties as assigned to support the needs of executives and the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in executive support, project coordination, business administration, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Professionalism, discretion, and adaptability when working with executives and sensitive information.
