What We’re Looking ForAre you a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual with a knack for providing exceptional administrative support? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment? If so, an exciting opportunity awaits you as a Provider Relations and Support Services Administrative Assistant within the Network Management Department. This crucial role involves providing confidential administrative support to our Network Department. You'll be an vital part of a team dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they have the support they need to deliver quality care.
Ona typical day, you might:
- Provide administrative assistance for a variety of projects and assignments.
- Provide administrative oversight and action to assist with the functioning of the Network Management department.
- Assist in creating Smartsheets and Smartsheet User forms; manage Smartsheet Work spaces, permission levels and user access.
- Communicate with the Network Management Department as well as internal/external parties via email.
- Perform general clerical work; create resources such as meeting agendas and reference materials, schedule meetings via Web Ex or Telepresence, and document meeting notes.
- Organize notebooks and electronic folders; assist in maintaining staff Supervision files and resources.
- Prepare AFPP’s/Workshop Request forms on behalf of Network leaders, and order office supplies for the Network Management Department.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience is required.
OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Experience: Prefer experience in assisting a senior executive and four (4) years clerical and office management experience.
License/Certification: Must have a valid driver’s license.
Location: North Carolina. Remote in Trillium Catchment area.
