Role Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Executive / Personal Real Estate Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and personal support. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on organization, discretion, and anticipating needs.

This is a hybrid position
, based in Holmdel, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted point of support for day-to-day business and administrative operations
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and time-blocking priorities
  • Coordinate client communications, follow-ups, and appointment logistics
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and CRM data
  • Assist with listing preparation, marketing coordination, and transaction support
  • Help manage workflows, deadlines, and task prioritization
  • Provide general office and light personal support to ensure seamless daily operations
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with real estate operations, CRM systems, or administrative support preferred
  • Proficiency with common office software and technology tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or real estate assistant preferred
  • Real estate license or industry experience is a plus (not required)
